For this month’s North Coast Digital Collective local tech entrepreneur, Ashley Moore, shares his journey, growing, scaling and selling Spatialest.

Spatialest are experts in US residential property valuations tax and associated spatial data analytics and visualisation, modelling and data sharing. They provide platforms to allow tax assessors to assess appropriate values and then share this information with the public to agree the right house values and associated tax.

They currently employ 20 people in Coleraine, and last year, Ashley sold the business to US company, Schneider Geospatial.

Ahsley is a strong advocate of the deep technical, creative and intellectual skills that are represented by small businesses across the Causeway area.
