29 Are there areas of the Equality Scheme arrangements (screening/consultation/training) your organisation anticipates will be focused upon in the next reporting period? 

Equality, diversity and inclusion training for all staff including elected members.  With particular emphasis on service areas / provision.  Improving consultation processes and supporting more inclusive practices within service areas.  Screening refresher training.
