Those people living in rural areas who wish to participate in the planning process will be impacted by the information required to be submitted with a planning application and the length of time taken to process planning applications. This impact relates to informing applicants what the basic requirements are that are required to be submitted with a planning application and other supporting information required for the various different development proposals depending on type, scale and context. This enables the applicant to ascertain what information is required in one document and whether they need to employ a person with professional expertise to carry out reports and submit the planning application on their behalf. | |
