In the event that any online payment is to be refunded, Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council will endeavour to make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made. If you are entitled to a refund for any online payment made, please contact Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council on +44 (0) 28 7034 7034 with the details of your transaction.
If for any reason the payment cannot be made to the originating card, a cheque refund will be made to the cardholder.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt.
