FMANI offers a confidential 121 service in strictest confidence.  They sell holistic items, CBD oil and products as part of their alternative therapy programme, also they offer help with benefit forms including PIP and ESA.  Help and advice on Fibromyalgia and related conditions is offered from volunteers who are Fibromyalgia patients and use the shop as a step to helping them get out of the house and help others.
