BuildingBallysallyQA015web Lord Lieutenant Denis F Desmond CBE presented the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen to the ‘Building Ballysally Together’ group on Tuesday 16th June in Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s civic headquarters at Cloonavin. Madame Mayor, Councillor Michelle Knight-McQuillan hosted the event, which was compered by Mr Ian Donaghy MBE, Chair of the Coleraine Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership. The award is presented to the group for their work on what they had achieved during the past 10 years in the Ballysally estate.
