Active Life encourages older adults to be more involved in sport and physical activity through indoor racquet sports and exercise sessions.

Movement makes people happier and healthier, and it does the same thing for our communities – with life-changing benefits.

Active Life is our plan to make being physically active a normal part of life for everyone in Causeway Coast and Glens.
