| Brief Summary The existing lease arrangement for which Council have in place with the landowner for a car park at Convention Avenue, Portstewart is coming to an end. It is strategically, and good governance to consider options available to the local authority and make efficient recommendations to Elected Members for consideration, in align with the current Car Parking Strategy. |
