How to pay a PCN

You need to have your PCN reference number which is noted on the PCN affixed to your vehicle together with your vehicle registration (VRM) to hand.

• Online: To make payment online with a debit or credit card, please visit https://carparkservices.ec6pay.com or scan the QR code on your PCN.
• By Telephone: 02895907942 (24-hour automated line).
• By Post: Cheques or Postal Order payable to Car Park Services Ltd, 36 Great Patrick Street, Belfast, BT1 2LT.  Please ensure to include the PCN and vehicle registration on the back of the Cheque or Postal Order. Do not send cash through the post. It is your responsibility to make sure that the cheque or postal order arrives on time before the discount period ends and to retain any proof of postage. Postal delays will not be accepted as reason for late payment.

If you have received a PCN and you feel that it has been issued incorrectly you have the right to challenge this.
