A Taste of Culture celebration in Portstewart and Limavady

A celebration of international diversity will take place at Flowerfield Arts Centre on Saturday 23rd March from 11am – 3pm.
The ‘Taste of Culture’ event, organised by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Good Relations Department, offers a free day of activities for all the family.
Activities will include Latin dance, Beijing opera mask making, Chinese and Japanese calligraphy, Thai umbrella and fan painting, Chinese lion and dragon dance, Tai Chi and Bollywood dancing.
A similar event will take place in Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre in Limavady on Saturday 30th March
It is hoped the celebration event will give people an insight into the many traditions and practices of different cultures that exist within our area.
