Annual Service of Remembrance – Sunday 8th November 2015

Council considered the Remembrance Sunday Services across Causeway Coast and Glens Borough and the main services in each of the former legacy areas, as follows:

Ballymoney – War Memorial 10.30am  and 1st Ballymoney Presbyterian Church 3.00pm
Coleraine –  Portstewart War Memorial 10.25am followed by Service, Portstewart Presbyterian Church
Limavady - War Memorial, Roe Mill Road 10.30am followed by Service, Second Limavady Presbyterian Church
Moyle – Ballycastle War Memorial 10.30 am and  St James Parish Church 7.00pm

The Mayor, as authorised by Council, has decided that Council attends the Ballymoney Remembrance Service this year.

The Mayor, accompanied by the Chief Executive, will lay the customary wreath at the Ballymoney War Memorial on behalf of the citizens of the Borough at the Annual Act of Remembrance at 10.30am.
