Bushmills Salmon and Whiskey Festival 2016

Bushmills came alive on 18th and 19th June, with a new direction for the Salmon and Whiskey Festival. The focus was on showcasing the area’s great food and drink providers and letting the town’s best chefs show off their culinary brilliance. A purpose built food marquee was built in Main Street car park and hosted two packed days of cookery demonstrations (with a cocktail master class), all hosted by Sarah Travers.
