Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council invites tenders for a Prime Commercial Opportunity at the Crescent, Portstewart.
A unique opportunity to occupy a prime commercial premises in the heart of Portstewart. The property is located within the Crescent Complex which is the central hub of Portstewart which has uninterrupted panoramic views of our world famous coastline.
The existing footprint of the building has a NIA of approx c.1,491 sq ft (c.138.53 sq m) on ground floor. The property had previously been used as a food and accompanying retail space however the property would lend itself to a variety of other commercial uses subject to planning. Viewing will be strictly by appointment only via marketing agent.

Tender submissions must be received no later than 12 Noon on 16th March 2021. The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender or any expenses incurred therein.
