Mayor presents Air Ambulance NI and Headway with £5000 each!

Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Councillor Michelle Knight-McQuillan, supported by the Vauxhall International North West 200 and Armoy Road Races, hosted a Charity Black Tie Dinner on Saturday 7th May in the Vauxhall International North West 200 Hospitality Marquee, Portstewart in aid of Air Ambulance NI and Headway - the Brain Injury Association.

Before the end of her term last week, the Mayor presented both charities with a cheque of £5000 each. The proceeds of which came from all those who attended, and from the auction and ballot on the night. A special thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of the event.
