During the Unmissable Dubai Duty Free Irish Open the spotlight of the world’s media will be shining on the Causeway Coast and Glens.

Is your business ready to tee off and play a winning round?

This training programme offers front-line staff the skills to become real ambassadors for the Causeway Coast and Glens and make the most of this opportunity.

WorldHost Irish Open Ambassador is a recognised and accredited customer service training programme tailored specifically for the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open.   It will include all the logistical details that you need to know about the tournament, the players and spectator facilities providing you with the knowledge you need to go the extra mile for your customers and really sell your destination.

This half-day session, developed by Tourism NI and Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council will:

• use experiential learning and include a bus tour highlighting traffic flow, key transport routes and a visit to Portstewart Golf Club

• bring you up to speed on all that is happening in Portstewart and in the local area

• equip you with the confidence and knowledge you need to answer your customers’ questions

There are two sessions to choose from:

Monday 19th June, 10am-2.30pm or Wednesday 21st June, 10am-2.30pm. Both will take place at Flowerfield Arts Centre in Portstewart.

Due to partnership funding from Tourism NI and Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council the cost is only £15 per person. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Lunch, WorldHost training materials and a certificate will be included. Once 50% of your frontline staff have completed any WorldHost programme you can apply for your WorldHost Recognised Business Award.
