The focus of InnovateUs is to enable small businesses, with fewer than 50 employees, to acquire the skills necessary to engage in innovation activities. It also aims to encourage small businesses to undertake further forms of upskilling or development to enhance their learning and innovation capacity and it promotes collaborative working between small businesses and Further Education (FE) colleges.
