About Causeway Coast and Glens Labour Market Partnership

The Causeway Coast and Glens Labour Market Partnership (LMP) is part of a plan from the Department for Communities (DfC) to help with local labour problems in Northern Ireland. Every council area has its own Labour Market Partnership.

The Causeway Coast and Glens LMP has several goals:

• Lead and bring together services to make sure people can find employment.
• Make plans for our area and to achieve its objectives.
• Manage our funding effectively.
• Evaluate local interventions.

By adopting a flexible, localised approach, the LMP will respond to local needs and deliver a tailored action plan which reflects local labour market conditions.

The partnership will continue to evolve and tackle labour market concerns throughout the borough during its' lifetime.
