| Brief Summary The review of the Planning Enforcement Strategy sets out how council will undertake the role of enforcing planning control in addition to setting out the standards of service the public can expect. It explains how Council will manage planning enforcement complaints. The review sets out the service standards, the prioritising of cases and the ability to take action where it is considered expedient to do so. |

(intended aims and outcomes) The key objectives of the review of the Planning Enforcement Strategy is to ensure that Council takes enforcement action against unauthorised development where it considers it expedient to do so and to clearly set out the service standards expected in carrying out this function. |
