1. Hall hire at J.D.L.C. - I would like to know why people need insurance and a risk assessment for hiring the main hall at the JDLC for sports activities when a birthday party group does not need this
2. Thrive Initiative - With regards to the thrive initiative can we look at including children who are from the one family but reside at a different address due to marriage break ups etc.
