Description:

A Morning of Conversation, Connection & Inspiration

We’ve crafted an unmissable International Men’s Day event this November – a morning built around open conversation, great food and genuine opportunities to connect.

Hosted by BBC NI sports presenter Stephen Watson; who draws on his own lived experience as a two-time kidney transplant survivor, the event brings together voices from sport, business and community life for an honest, no-nonsense discussion about what it means to be a man today: the realities, the pressures and the responsibilities of navigating modern life in a changing world.

This year’s event will see our panel explore the challenges and opportunities that shape men’s lives today – from wellbeing and work, to purpose and connection.

Wherever you are on your journey, leading a team, running a business, changing careers, studying, volunteering, parenting, or starting anew – this event offers insight, inspiration and real conversation for everyone.

Line-Up:

  • Breakfast by award-winning chefs Sean & Trudy Brolly of Bistro at the Courthouse.
  • Panel discussion facilitated by Stephen Watson, featuring leaders from business, sport and community life.
  • Cookery masterclass with international chef and educator Sean Owens.
