2025 Ould Lammas Fair – Street Trading Details

Applications are being invited for the opportunity to trade at the 2025 Ould Lammas Fair which will be held on Monday 25th August 2025 and Tuesday 26th August 2025.

Applicants must complete a Waiting List Application form (include a valid email address to ensure efficient correspondence). These forms can either be requested by email from: environmentalhealth@causewaycoastandglens.gov.uk or to download please click here.

Once renewals have been dealt with Waiting List Applications will be looked at in June 2025 on a first received first served basis.

Council will try to accommodate applicants at their preferred location but if this is not possible an alternative site may be offered.

If an offer is made and not accepted/validated* within 7 days from the date of offer it will be assumed that the applicant does not wish to obtain a licence and the pitch will be offered to another trader.

*An application is only deemed valid if payment, passport sized photograph and photograph of stall/receptacle from which trading will take place (including vehicle registration mark where applicable) have been received to facilitate the processing of it.

Council recommends that all licensed street traders hold current public liability insurance cover for the protection of themselves and the public.
