Sensoryaccess

We recognise that some visitors may experience sensory sensitivities, and we are committed to creating a welcoming environment that supports their needs.

Sensory information such as lighting levels, background noise and typical busy periods is included in our pre-visit guides to help you plan ahead.

We offer quiet spaces, calm packs and ear defenders on request, and staff can assist with finding a low-sensory area if you need time away from noise or activity.

Our goal is to make our buildings as comfortable and predictable as possible for autistic visitors, people with sensory processing differences, and anyone who benefits from a calmer environment.

If you have specific sensory requirements, please speak to a member of our team.
