Pre visit

Pre-Visit Guides

To help you plan your visit with confidence, we provide a range of pre-visit guides designed to give you a detailed look at our buildings and facilities before you arrive. These guides are especially helpful for anyone who prefers to know what to expect in advance, including autistic visitors, people with anxiety, carers, families, or anyone who benefits from visual preparation.

Our pre-visit resources include:

Interactive flip-book guides provide clear photos, step-by-step information and easy-to-follow descriptions of the customer journey, including what to expect on arrival, images of entrances, reception areas, toilets and seating, as well as changing facilities and emergency information. The guides also include sensory information such as lighting levels, noise and accessibility features, examples of staff uniforms and identification badges, and helpful maps and floor plans to support confident and informed visits.

360-degree video tours that allow you to explore key areas of the building virtually, including entrances, reception points, corridors, and facilities. All tours start and finish at our reception area, and viewers can pause at any point to look around or navigate backward and forward through the space using the Causeway Stone controls.

These tools are designed to support a calm, informed and more accessible experience for all visitors. If you need the guides in an alternative format or have suggestions for further improvements, please let us know.
