Planning Fees
In order to submit a valid planning application, the application must be accompanied by the appropriate planning fee. The Planning (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 sets out the fee that must be paid to Council for planning applications.
All cheques should be made payable to ‘Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’ and submitted with the planning application to the Planning Office.
The fee paid will be returned if the application submitted is returned as an invalid planning application.
