InterTradeIreland Equity Clinics are conducted remotely utilising the video conferencing platform Zoom. Following registration and pre-screening each eligible company will be assigned a 60-minute one-to-one slot with our lead Equity Advisor Drew O’Sullivan between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm. This one-to-one clinic is aimed at helping companies seek equity investment.

The clinics are delivered by our Venture Capital professional, Drew O’Sullivan. Drew will be available to meet with companies to advise independently on their fund-raising activities including business plan review, investment pitch practice and signposting to investors across the island. This service is provided free of charge with pre-screening undertaken in advance to ensure companies using the service meet the minimum criteria. To be eligible for this service the company must have a minimum new equity-funding requirement of €100,000.

To register for this clinic, you will have to provide one of the following, which will allow Drew to prepare in advance for the meeting:

• Business Plan (preferred submission) or
• Executive summary/Investment Memorandum or
• Investment pitch slide deck

In advance of your allocated appointment, you will be provided with a unique Zoom link to allow you to connect with Drew. Companies are only required to log on using their unique link for their assigned 1 hour slot.
