OCN Level 2 Principles of Customer Service course
9th & 10th June at Northern Regional College, Coleraine
We are pleased to invite frontline staff within the tourism and hospitality industry across the Causeway Coast and Glens to gain an OCN NI Level 2 Award in the Principles of CustomerService qualification. This course is a joint partnership between Visit Causeway Coast and Glens and Northern Regional College and is subsidised by the Department of Economy Skills Focus Programme (90% of total cost) with refreshments and town tour covered by Visit Causeway.
