The Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Councillor Richard Holmes, recently welcomed Elaine Taylor from Taylormade Flowers in Ballymoney to Cloonavin in recognition of the Gold award she won at Chelsea Flower Show this year.
