TENDER: ICE CREAM TRADING AND OTHER CONCESSIONS

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council invites applicants to tender for the rights to trade at the following locations:
(a) Benone Beach, (Ice Cream)
(b) Legge Green Car Park, Cushendall, (Ice Cream)
(c) East Strand Car Park, Portrush (Mobile Coffee Van)
(d) West Strand Car park, Portrush (Mobile Coffee Van)
(e) The Beach, Down Hill (Mobile Coffee Van)
(f) Benone Beach (Mobile Coffee Van)
(g)Magheracross Car Park, Portrush (Mobile Coffee Van)

Each Licence will be valid from 1st April 2016 until 31st March 2018. Interested parties must meet all Council’s selection criteria, details of which and application forms can be obtained from Rory Donnelly, Environmental Services Department at Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council on 028 7034 7171 or email escoleraine@causewaycoastandglens.gov.uk. Closing date for receipt of completed applications is 12 noon Wednesday 23rd March 2016. Successful candidates will be requested to attend an auction at a later date. Council does not bind itself to accept the highest or any offer.
