• How to identify your primary, secondary and aspirational competitors and understand their business models, using a simple checklist approach
• How to analyse your competitors in a structured way using a well proven technique and simple templates that you can use in your business
• Why copying your competitor’s pricing model isn’t always a good thing
• The importance of brand identity and differentiating yourself from your competitors in your key markets
• How to identify gaps and opportunities and niche markets using competitor analysis
• Why competitor analysis is not a one-off (hint: markets, customers, products, pricing all keep changing) and what you can do about it
• How to embed competitor analysis in your business without losing your own focus
