Annual Urban Housing Monitor
The Annual Urban Housing Monitor covers all settlements as defined in the Northern Area Plan 2016 and excludes all housing units outwith the Settlement Development Limits.
Urban Housing Monitor sites are derived from zoned housing land and/or approved planning applications. This interactive map contains the most recent data for each site and provides users with key information including the site's location, its potential number of housing units and the status regarding its planning history.
The
survey period runs between 1st April to 31st March
each year. It should be noted that the Housing Monitor is updated annually,
therefore, adjustments may be necessary which, in some instances, may affect
direct comparison with the information from previous years.
