A temporary restriction on vehicular access at Downhill Strand has been put in place.
Coastal process and tidal conditions have created challenging conditions at the entrance to the beach. Please note that pedestrian access at Downhill Strand remains in place.
Vehicular access to Benone Strand also remains in place, however, vehicles will not be able to exit via Downhill.
Council would encourage all beach users to exercise caution in the coming days with the combination of spring tides and forecast sea conditions .
