Professional makers are invited to apply to be part of the Flowerfield Christmas Craft Market which runs from 14 November to 23 December - the best festive market on the North Coast!
For almost six magical weeks in the lead up to Christmas, the Flowerfield Christmas Craft Market transforms the ground floor galleries of the beautiful Georgian house front into a festive showcase of creativity, craftsmanship and local talent, with stunning views across Flowerfield Park.
Launching on Saturday 14 November, the market opens as part of a special festive celebration in partnership with Naturally North Coast and Glens Artisan Market, whose makes will be in the auditorium and outdoor terrace, creating an exciting destination event for visitors to enjoy across the arts centre.
The Flowerfield Christmas Craft Market celebrates the very best in high-quality handmade contemporary crafts and artisan products, bringing together talented makers from across Northern Ireland and Ireland. Visitors can discover a carefully curated selection of ceramics, glass, jewellery, textiles, woodcraft, handmade decorations, homeware, prints, knitwear, paintings and more.
Alongside our much-loved range of arts and crafts, we’re also looking for beautifully crafted gifts and unique handmade finds, including ideas for children and babies; non-perishable foods and special larder treats such as oils, vinegars, drizzles, jams, chutneys and non-alcoholic drinks; as well as bespoke gifts for beloved pets.
The Flowerfield Christmas Craft Market offers makers a fantastic opportunity to showcase and sell their work in a high-profile, customer-facing retail environment throughout the busiest shopping period of the year, without the commitment of having to personally staff a market stall every weekend in the run up to Christmas. Your work becomes part of a carefully curated festive shopping experience, allowing you to reach new customers while we take care of the day-to-day running of the market.
In 2025, the market welcomed its highest footfall to date and achieved a record turnover of over £50,000, exceeding expectations and continuing to grow in popularity year after year.
Applications are open to professional makers and creatives resident and working within the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough and across Northern Ireland. The primary objective of the market is to support and promote professional makers and creatives whose sole income is generated through their creative work, and applications from new market participants are particularly welcome.
We’re proud to champion independent makers and offer visitors the chance to discover thoughtful, original gifts while supporting the incredible creative talent found across the island of Ireland.
