Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council is inviting tenders, through a two-stage procurement process, for the repair and replacement of boardwalks and associated works at Benone Dunelands, Magilligan.
The works relate to three boardwalks:
- Marram Way
- Longboard Way
- Keystrel Way

The works involve the repair and replacement of sections of boardwalk, together with associated works across the Benone Dunelands site.

Contractors are strongly recommended to attend a site visit before submitting their proposals. This will allow prospective bidders to assess the site conditions, access arrangements and any potential constraints associated with the works.
The site is located within a designated Area of Special Scientific Interest (ASSI) and Special Area of Conservation (SAC). The successful contractor will be required to comply with all relevant ASSI and SAC consent conditions, their approved Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), and all specified ecological mitigation measures throughout the works.
