Looking after and making time for your emotional wellbeing is crucial because it plays such an important part in our physical health, relationships with others, self-esteem and our outlook on life.
The Western Trust Recovery College offers free courses and workshops that support people to better understand and manage their mental health and emotional wellbeing. These courses are delivered in person and online.
The courses are open to all – those who use services, people with mental health issues whether diagnosed or otherwise, carers and supporters, students, health professionals – in fact anyone who is interested in good mental health.
