Update to Health Suite Access
New Health Suite Access Process - Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre
To improve access control and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all users, a new access system for the Health Suite has been introduced at Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.
All customers wishing to use the Health Suite must now book a session in advance and check in at reception on arrival to receive an access code.
How to Access the Health Suite
- Book your session
Customers must book a Health Suite slot in advance. Bookings can be made: - Online
- Via the app
- At reception
- Check in at reception
When you arrive for your booking, please check in at reception. - Receive your access code
Reception staff will provide you with a 4-digit access code. - Enter the Health Suite
Use the 4-digit code at the door access panel to enter the Health Suite.
Important Information
- Please do not share your access code with anyone else.
- Ensure the door closes securely after entering.
- Access is only permitted during your booked time slot.
Cancellations and No Shows
If you are unable to attend your booking, please cancel your slot at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.
Failure to attend without cancelling will result in a strike on your account, in line with our class booking policy.
