1. To ask the Director to give an update on when delivery and installation is expected for the new ramps at Station Square and to seek clarity around what maintenance is being carried out at Station Square.

2. Please provide an update on progress with the ongoing legal situation with the Jim Watt centre. Parties were to meet in January.

3. Please provide an update on issues with a clean up at the station square skate board area.
