Hit Comedy ‘Love or Money’ Takes to the Stage
Hit comedy Love or Money, penned by award-winning writer Rosemary Jenkinson, takes to the stage at the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre, Limavady on Saturday 5th March at 8pm.
C21 Theatre Company’s biting new comedy explores the underside of the recession, modern working life and finding love! Eilis is a 40-something solicitor who's back in the dating game after a messy separation and is trying to rebuild her law career after years at home.
Hilarity ensues as she meets the charming Connor online but sparks fly as she meets him in court, too! Finance and fidelity entangle to keep business afloat and Eilis must decide to choose either love or money.
Imaginative, unexpected and very funny, ‘Love or Money’ is directed by Steven Kelly. Rosemary Jenkinson’s work has been produced by Rough Magic Theatre Company, Dublin and the Royal Court, London. She has been Playwright on Attachment to the National Theatre, London and winner of the Oppenheim-John Downes and Peggy Ramsay Awards.
