Mayor hosts Civic Reception for Housing Executive Retirement Association

Members of the Housing Executive’s Retirement Association have enjoyed a civic reception with the Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.

Having previously worked in the housing sector The Mayor Councillor Joan Baird OBE was delighted to welcome friends and past colleagues to Cloonavin.

She said: “The Retirement Association was formed in 1988 for the benefit of retired members, providing many social and leisure opportunities throughout the year. I have many fond memories of my working life and the event was a fantastic opportunity to catch up and reconnect with old friends. I hope everyone enjoyed the afternoon as much as I did.”
