Planning Department update

A revised scheme of delegation for the Planning Department will take effect from Monday 5th July 2021.
The revised scheme was approved by the Department for Infrastructure on 2nd July 2021.
The approval is in accordance with Section 31 of The Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011.
