PUBLIC NOTICE: APPLICATION FOR A (MARINE CONSTRUCTION LICENCE) UNDER PART 4 OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009


A Marine Licence application has been made by CAUSEWAY COAST & GLENS BOROUGH COUNCIL to reconstruct and extend approximately 30m length of gabion basket seawall (stone-filled wire mesh boxes) along the coastline at the location of CUSHENDALL CARAVAN PARK.


Marine Division DOE, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit of
materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
