COLERAINE ENTERPRISE ZONE – ENABLING WORKS

PQQ – RESTRICTED LIST OF CONTRACTORS

Applications are invited from Civil Engineering Contractors who are experienced in the construction of infrastructure works to be considered for inclusion on a Restricted List of Contractors. From which tenders will be sought for infrastructure enabling works at Coleraine Enterprise Zone, Portstewart Rd, Coleraine.
The associated works include; site strip & profiling;access road; turning lane; footways; street lighting; storm & foul drainage; potable water supply; telephone provision; LV and HV supplies to site; pit & duct system for fibre data connections; security access; CCTV; site fencing; gates and barriers.
The estimated capital value of the works is £499,000.00. The works shall be carried out between July 2016 and October 2016. The pre-qualification process including minimum standards requirements are detailed in the PQQ Tender documentation, requests for PQQ documentation must be made no later than Fri 19th Feb 2015 by emailing: muriel@mcmahonengineers.com.

All submissions must be returned by 12.00 noon on Fri 26th Feb 2016 to the undersigned at Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council Headquarters, Cloonavin, Coleraine.
The Council’s decision on the Restricted List shall be final and it does not bind itself to invite tenders.
