Roe Valley Arts and Culture Centre is hosting a series of free Saturday Lunchtime Sessions Live in the Square throughout July and August.

A fantastic line-up of artists is set to play at Drumceatt Square, with Indie Songwriter Jack Devlin, who released his debut single ‘Lies’ earlier this year, kicking off the programme on Saturday 16th July.

Singer-songwriter Conor Marcus is up next on Saturday 23rd July. With influences from KiD RAiN to Bruno Mars, Conor’s songs range from melodic pop with rhythmic beats to slower piano-based moods and emotions. Conor has been writing original songs since he was just 9-years old, and we can’t wait to see him perform.

Alice LA will perform on Saturday 30th July. Her music, alongside her upbeat high energy performances, ensure her show will be unique and spectacular and she has carved out a niche for herself by creating musical magic with her fusion of pop and electro sounds

A new voice on the Northern Irish music scene, Sasha Samara will perform on Saturday 13th August. Sasha brings a fresh vision of indie-pop that is honest and insightful, and we are already looking forward to her magnetic live performance!

Drumceatt Square will be filled with the incredible voice of Gemma Bradley on Saturday 20th August. Gemma takes inspiration from the iconic vocal prowess of Amy Winehouse, the distinguished rhythms of Bob Marley and the avant-garde creativity of Izzy Bizu, to create her very own distinctive style of sweet and delicious authentic, Contemporary R&B pop music.

Closing the summer series is Indie-pop artist Reevah who grew up surrounded by music and art. With her deeply personal approach to song-writing, Reevah’s sound is distinctly immersive, and she can sweep you away with her sublime and masterful vocals on Saturday 27th August.

The Saturday Sessions Live in the Square initiative has received financial support from The Executive Office through the District Council Good Relations Programme.
