Visitor Information Centres across the Causeway Coast and Glens are celebrating fantastic mystery shopper results.
Following the recent visits, five out of six centres in the Borough scored 100%.

The Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Councillor Brenda Chivers said: “These excellent results from our Visitor Information Centres have reaffirmed the Causeway Coast and Glens’ position as Lonely Planet’s number one place to visit this year. I would like to congratulate all staff whose dedication and knowledge has contributed to these success.”
Caroline Carey, Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Visitor Services Officer said: “Last year the Visitor Information Centres in our Borough dealt with over 100,000 enquiries which included helping visitors plan their visit and on-site once they arrived. I am delighted with these results as they clearly demonstrate the hard work of Visitor Information Centre staff which ensures that we provide a first-class service to our ever increasing number of visitors.”
Congratulations to all the Visitor Servicing staff who helped contribute to the success.
