Events are an integral part of our tourism economy and collaboration between Council, Tourism NI, the voluntary and community sectors culminates in high profile events being hosted in our area.
The Tourism Events Fund is a competitive process designed to support new and existing events in the Causeway Coast and Glens area that align with the broad aims and objectives of the Council’s Destination Management Strategy. The fund is subject to review on an annual basis including availability of budget and traditionally the programme provides two grant options, namely the Tourism Events Growth Fund and the Tourism Large Events Fund. Applications for 2026-2027 have closed.
