Rural Business Development Grant Scheme 2025/2026 Opens for Applications

The Rural Business Development Grant Scheme (RBDGS) has now opened for applications.


Rural business development grants of between £500 and £7,500 are available to micro enterprises based in a rural area to support the sustainability and growth of rural micro-businesses across Northern Ireland by providing a small capital grant for the business.

Application window will close: Thursday 30 Oct, 12:00 noon.

Mandatory Workshops

Mandatory online pre-funding workshops are being offered on the following dates and times.

- Wednesday 1st October 12:30 pm
- Thursday 2nd October 2:00 pm
- Wednesday 8th October 10:00 am
- Thursday 9th October 6:00 pm
