- Pay & Display Parking (not managed by the museum) at Townhead Street Car Park which is adjacent to building. It has disabled parking, electric vehicle charging points and uses the ‘JustPark’ app.
There is a disabled parking space on the roadside of the museum and the museum has a parking area for Disabled Visitors - On forecourt.

- There is 1 blue badge parking space on the roadside of the Museum entrance, disabled parking in the adjacent car park and a parking area at the museum- On forecourt.

Autism:
Ballymoney museum is committed to being an autism-friendly venue.
At the Museum we have sensory backpacks- helping families explore together. Here to make your visit more enjoyable, especially for children who may benefit from extra comfort, calm, or hands-on activities while exploring the museum.
Please speak to staff if you would like to borrow these.
Quieter Times:
The Museum is quieter on weekdays, particularly in the mornings. If you are worried about the Museum being too busy, please get in touch beforehand as sometimes there can be facilitated workshops within the space.
Level access:
There is level access from the entrance to the Museum and reception/ shop area.
Lifts are available to our community gallery, and toilets on the 1st level.
Hearing:
We have a hearing loop in the reception/shop area.
